The exceptional culinary team at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center is led by Chef Matt Winters. We are proud to announce that Chef Matt is now also overseeing the culinary operations at the Ground Round at River’s Edge! Chef Matt has earned and is recognized as a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. The ACF’s certification program is recognized throughout the industry as the standard for excellence in professional skills and knowledge. Matt is one of a handful of Chefs in the state of Wisconsin to achieve this honor.
