As part of this program, we have pledged to take extensive precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide the safest environment possible for our customers and staff. This includes following FDA, CDC and EPA COVID-19 guidelines, adhering to Wisconsin and local health department orders or mandates, providing training on food safety, sanitation and COVID-19 mitigation practices for employees and adhering to Wisconsin Restaurant Association guidance regarding restaurant operations during the pandemic.

Meet Billy! He is one of two overnight cleaners Ground Round Neenah has recently hired to help sanitize and deep clean our restaurant. This addition is one of many protocols we have instilled to ensure we maintain a safe environment for both our team members and guests!


One of the many steps we’ve taken to increase sanitation has been ensuring each menu and all condiments are sanitized after each use. Keeping our guests and team members as safe as possible will continue to remain our priority!

In addition to masked Team Members and increased sanitation, we have also arranged our tables to be socially distant. Whether dining inside, or on our patio; you can expect a safe experience when dining at Ground Round.


We also have glass barriers installed between the tables and booths in our lounge and dining room.
