Ground Round, Neenah’s Efforts, Hard Work Stand Out From The Crowd
It’s a great feeling when you earn recognition for your hard work and persistent dedication, but it feels even better when you have awards to show for it! This is Ground Round, Neenah’s story.
At the 2017 Ground Round Annual Conference, the Neenah establishment was deemed the winner of two separate awards – Peak Performer and Service Excellence.
The Peak Performer Award is based on overall sales and community involvement. The category included six other locations. The Service Excellence Award was presented to Neenah for having the fewest online guest issues and complaints nationwide.
“This is a great honor for our Ground Round team members,” said Food and Beverage Director Ryan Batley. “They are committed to delivering great guest service and delicious food in a friendly atmosphere. We are proud to involve ourselves in the community and offer a variety of opportunities for nonprofits.”
To top it off, Ground Round at River’s Edge – the Oshkosh, WI location – also earned ‘Peak Performer’ and ‘Restaurant of the Year’ recognition at the conference. The Oshkosh location is a local favorite thanks to Jason Crooks, General Manager, and the rest of the team in Oshkosh.
